Quickstart Real Estate: INTRO

Hi. My name is Ousala Aleem and I’ll be your instructor for this class. I consider myself an entrepreneur and I often search for new ways to generate money and new income.

Throughout my life, I’ve always heard about people making fortunes in real estate, with “no money down”, but I never knew where to start.

I always thought that I’d need to go to real estate school and get a real estate license, before I could even dabble in the subject.

Around November 2018, I started researching a topic called “wholesale real estate”.

By the end of 2019, I was generating an extra $10,000-$20,000 per month, structuring wholesale real estate deals

In this course, I’m going to show you exactly how I did it, in less than a year, with no prior real estate experience, no large financial investment and no use of credit.

This is not a get rich quick scheme, so if you’re looking to make large amounts of money without doing work, this isn’t for you.

If you’re able to understand this course, build your own systems, automate and train others (so that you can do less work), then you can and will make millions of dollars with the methods in this course.

Real estate is a broad subject, so in this course, I’m going to stick with wholesaling real estate, to keep things as simple as possible.

Think of this course as your first year in high school.

You’ve made it past elementary school and middle school, if you were smart enough to buy this course and take your life to the next level.

It’s your first year in real estate, and you’re a freshman.

In sports, some players are very good and go to the major leagues, straight from high school. That possibly also exists in real estate.

In real estate, you have the ability to out work the next person and to hustle harder than anyone else.

The possibility of scoring big, in your freshman year, is there. One thing I can guarantee is that, if you stick with this course and continue to study the ins and outs of structuring deals and real estate investing, by the time you’re ready to graduate from high school, you’ll be easily earning at least $10,000-$100,000 per month, or more.

This course will be information that I've accumulated in the past 18 months.

I am not a real estate expert and this course isn't geared towards experts. This course was made for beginners. If you know nothing about real estate investing, and want to get started, this is for you.

If you know a little about real estate, but haven't closed your first deal yet, this course is for you.

Understanding the process and the exact steps needed to close a deal, is what I did not have, when I started.

I'm subscribed to several YouTube channels about real estate and I've learned a lot from studying in these past 18 months, but my goal is to save you the hours and hours of time that I spent watching YouTube videos about the subject.

One main point that I learned from watching YouTube videos and listening to podcasts is that you must take major ACTION.

If you take no action, then you wont close any deals. The hardest part is taking action.

I'm going to give you a step by step guide on how to find deals and how to close them, in the least amount of time and with the least amount of headache.
